The Milford Arts Council’s Eastbound Theater is proud to announce a special outdoor summer production of

Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet

The performance will be given one weekend only, Saturday/Sunday August 3rd and 4th with alternate rain dates the following weekend, August 11th and 12th, in Milford’s picturesque Eisenhower Park, a perfect venue for William Shakespeare’s tale of star-crossed lovers. The production will be directed by James Rightmyer Jr, after the successful inaugural production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the park last summer.

Romeo and Juliet remains one of Shakespeare’s most memorable plays to this day, enchanting audiences with its beautiful story of young love and loss.  This production will evoke the excitement and electricity of first love and the urgency of youth with live music and thrilling swordplay – sure to captivate audiences of all ages and levels of experience.
