Moving with Grace

Think of a beautiful piece of choreography, a magnificent work of art, an inspiring symphony. Do you remember the moment? That graceful, grace-filled moment? There’s nothing like it. It’s the moment of creative participation where time and eternity, joy and freedom come together. It’s a moment of pure presence. The moment when both artist and observer have done their part as participants and contributors to the creative process of life.

It simply means that you allow yourself to become aware of the presence of something ‘other.’ Something that is not blatantly and materially evident. Something that you alone can see, feel, and/or express.

Moving through life in the presence of grace allows for creative energy to flow. In grace, you do not stride ahead with will, nor do you lag behind in self-preoccupation. In grace, you are completely present…fully alive to every sense and sensation.
