Jason Ingriselli

New England native and singer-songwriter Jason Ingriselli is a passionate musician known for his high-energy, heartfelt live shows backed by his band, The Miles North. With a distinct voice and perspective, Jason has crafted a signature sound he calls New England Country Music – inspired by the ‘90s country classics he was raised on, a touch of punk rock, and shaped by years of performing everywhere from concert halls and music festivals to dive bars and brewery taprooms.

His country music career officially began in 2014 on a solo road trip to Nashville; a moment that inspired his breakout single “Stone Walls” and ultimately led to his debut full-length independently released album The Miles North (2018). Co-produced by Dave Swanson and recorded both in Avon, CT and Nashville, TN, the album features Grand Ole Opry members, Grammy-winning Nashville session musicians, and friends from the Connecticut music scene.

When a local music festival invited Jason to perform his new material live, he called on fellow musicians from the region to form a backing band. This became known to fans as The Miles North, now recognized as the high-energy band behind Jason’s live shows.

Since then, Jason Ingriselli & The Miles North have earned a loyal fan base and built their reputation the old-fashioned way… On stage! They’ve shared bills with national acts such as Eli Young Band, Chris Janson, Matt Stell and even legends Little River Band. Jason was also direct solo support for Avery Anna at her Stamford, CT tour stop in 2024.

Additionally, Jason has partnered with iHeartRadio for multiple St. Jude acoustic charity events, opening for artists like Dylan Scott, Randy Houser, Brian Kelley (formerly of Florida Georgia Line), and Hailey Whitters.

The band’s growing momentum earned a 2024 New England Music Award nomination for Country Act of the Year, an invitation to perform at the Rhythm & Roots Music Festival in nearby Charlestown, RI and also in Hartford, CT’s PeoplesBank Arena as the featured band for Wolf Pack Hockey Country Music Night.

Jason’s catalog includes fan-favorite singles such as “Matches to Burn,” “Let’s Go Find Heaven,” “Boston,” and “Destination.” The latter received spins nationwide on Music Row-reporting country radio stations. In 2025, Jason and the band released “Wide Open,” which made its national radio debut on their local iHeartRadio station one Sunday evening the week of its release.

With deep roots and a relentless work ethic, Jason Ingriselli, alongside his band The Miles North, continues to carve out a place in the independent country music scene – bringing a northern voice to the heart of country music.
