Season Exhibits
Guidelines
- The exhibit is open to all students K-12 living in Milford, home-schooled in Milford or attending schools located in Milford.
- Students are invited to submit one piece of 2-dimensional work each.
- The exhibit is limited to the first 100 student entries.
- Walk-in registration may be accepted on June 5 & 6 if the maximum number of entries has not been reached by that time.
- There is no particular theme or medium for the work. Students are free to create what and how they chose.
- Artwork should be no larger than 30 inches on any side, including framing. This ensures all students can be fit into the show.
Pre-Registration
- Parents/Guardians: Pre-register each artwork using a form link on this page.
- Please note: Only one artwork per student is permitted…
- However, parents and guardians may use the link below to submit separate registrations for multiple children.
- Upon completing the form, you will get a confirmation email containing a link to return to the form to make changes.
Delivering Art Work
- It must be ready and suitable for hanging
- Unstable pieces may be accepted with the understanding that it would be mounted with small pins or thumbtacks.
- It must be accompanied by the $1.00 registration fee.
- It should have an “Artwork ID Label” or equivalent taped securely to the back of the work.
- Doing this ensures returning the item to the proper person.

Award Reception
- Staff members from Milford Pediatrics Group, the event sponsor, will review all the artwork at the exhibit and judge the awards.
- Cash award winners will be announced at the reception.
- Artists may be invited to have their work showcased at Milford Pediatrics office.
Terms of Entry / Notices
- NOTIFICATIONS. All notification emails are sent from visualarts@milfordarts.org We recommend that you add this address to your contacts list so that the notice does not go to spam or some other unmonitored mail folder.
- LIABILITY. Reasonable care and precautions are taken for the safe custody of works of art deposited at MAC galleries. Works of art can, however, only be received in the gallery on condition that neither the MAC nor its staff shall be liable for any loss or damage to works of art, which might occur while they are in the gallery or in transit.
- COMPLY TO SPECIFICATIONS. It is the responsibility of the entrant, parent and/or guardian to deliver work(s) according to the specifications of this exhibit event page (media type, dimension limits, etc.) and to ensure that all works are properly and safely wired for hanging upon delivery to a MAC gallery. The MAC reserves the right to request complying changes or to reject the work(s) on delivery.
- ORIGINAL PHOTO WORKS. You affirm that the works to be submitted are all original works and do not infringe any copyrights not held by the entrant.
- WORKS PICK UP. Deposited artwork that is not picked up from the MAC within 30 days after the scheduled artist pickup date listed in this exhibit event page will become property of the MAC to dispose of as it sees fit.
