Synopsis:

In this dark comedy a young husband, overwhelmed by the psychiatric issues of his wife, attempts to have her admitted for care, but because of the chaos in the emergency ward, he is admitted by mistake. His only way out of the ward is to accept help from the other psych patients, and in doing so, become more understanding of mental health issues.

Theresa Breakman: A young wife on the verge of a psychiatric breakdown, Female 35

Terry Breakman: Theresa’s exasperated husband, Male 35

Quirky Attendant: An overburdened hospital worker, M/F, 30-50

Dr. Benbinder: An emergency room psychologist, Female, 50-60

Ronald: Psych ward inpatient, Male 30-40

Gloria: Psych ward inpatient, Female, 30-50

Kaufman: Psych ward inpatient, Male, 30-50

Morris Cane: Psych ward inpatient, Male,  60

Dr. Slaughter: Psychologist, M/F, 30-50

Two Hospital Attendants: M/F, 30-40
